Cancellation and refunds

Premium membership

The test plan is US$4.99 per month, separate from cause contributions. You can manage billing in the Stripe customer portal or select “Cancel at the end of this period” on your Premium page. Canceling stops renewal; it does not automatically refund a previous invoice.

Access remains until the end of the paid period while the payment remains valid. Failed renewal, immediate cancellation, refund or a dispute can remove access after verified Stripe events. The checkout return page never grants Premium by itself.

Contributions

Contributions use Stripe’s payment page. Authorized administrators can request a refund through the private dashboard. Rankings update only after the refund is verified by the Stripe webhook.
