GiveDuel uses Netlify Identity for email accounts and Netlify Database for profiles, teams, participation, payment orders and audit history. Only authenticated users can access their own payment history. Administrators need a server-managed role. Anonymous contributions keep your identity off named public rankings, but an internal account link is retained for reconciliation and fraud prevention; this is not an untraceable payment. We do not publish private emails or store IP addresses in the application database. Netlify processes approximate location and Stripe processes payment data in test mode. Language and referral cookies last up to one year and 30 days. Requested public-text translations are sent to DeepL and cached for 30 days. Financial event digests and snapshots are retained for audit. The operator must publish its identity, contact details, retention periods and data-request process before live operation.
